  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, mashed purple sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, yeast, and warm water.
  2. 2. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into buns.
  6. 6. Place the buns on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
