  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gradually add to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
