Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and sugar until well blended.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
