- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Milk warmed
- ¼ cup Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and tie with kitchen twine to create pumpkin sections. Place on a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Let the rolls rise for another 15 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove twine before serving.
