  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
