- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 2 teaspoon Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Add yeast and mix well.
3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, and softened butter.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, knead until smooth.
5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased baking pan.
8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
