  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Add yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt.
  5. Knead dough until smooth.
  6. Let rise for 1 hour.
  7. Shape into rolls and place on baking sheet.
  8. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
