Main Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix mashed potatoes, sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
Add yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour and salt.
Knead dough until smooth.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Shape into rolls and place on baking sheet.
Let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
