Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk room temperature
- 2 large Eggs room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Fill the muffin tin cups about halfway with the batter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (230°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
