Polish Egg Bread Recipe
This is a traditional Polish egg bread recipe, perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 packet Yeast active dry
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add beaten eggs, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a greased baking tray.
8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing.
