Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a ball.
  6. 6. Roll each ball into a ¼-inch thick circle. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
