Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 package Instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup Chopped pistachios
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in chopped pistachios.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
