Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¾ cup Water Warm
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Add the olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown spots appear.
