  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pawpaw pulp, sugar, oil, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
