Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Matzo Meal
- 4 Eggs
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium saucepan, bring the water, oil, sugar, and salt to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the matzo meal. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
