  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Matzo Meal
  • 4 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the water, oil, sugar, and salt to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the matzo meal. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
