Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. 3. Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a roll. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese.
  7. 7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the rolls.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
