Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
3. Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a roll. Place on a baking sheet.
6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese.
7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the rolls.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
