Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Warm milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add melted butter, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Mix until well combined.
3. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 16 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and roll in bread crumbs.
6. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
