all-purpose flour

warm milk

sugar

tablespoon
active dry yeast

butter, melted

teaspoon
salt

breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add melted butter, salt, and half of the flour. Mix until well combined.
3. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
