Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and orange juice.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
