- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add rolled oats, whole wheat flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
