Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1.5 teaspoons Baking soda

- 1.75 cups Buttermilk
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
Make a well in the center and pour in the buttermilk. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Shape into a round loaf and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Cut a deep cross into the top of the loaf with a sharp knife.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Let cool on a wire rack before slicing. Enjoy!
