Oatmeal Banana Nut Bread

Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 0.5 cup Butter, melted
- 0.75 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 0.5 cup Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in the chopped nuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
