Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Egg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, honey, and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
