Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed nuts chopped
  • 1 cup Dried fruits chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and milk, and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
