  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Instant yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Fold in sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and basil.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven in the oven to preheat.
  6. Once the dough has risen, turn it out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
  7. Carefully place the dough into the preheated Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
  9. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
