  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 2 cups Warm water
  • ¼ cup Olive oil plus extra for drizzling

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Drizzle olive oil into a baking pan.
  5. Transfer the dough to the pan, spreading it out with your fingers. Let it rest for another 20 minutes.
  6. Drizzle more olive oil on top and dimple the dough with your fingers.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
