- 5.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- 2.5 cups Warm water
- 1 cup Cornmeal for dusting
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
3. Divide the dough between two greased loaf pans dusted with cornmeal.
4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
