No-Knead Country Bread Recipe
This is a simple, no-knead bread recipe perfect for beginners. It yields a rustic, crusty loaf.

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon Instant yeast
- 1 ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 ½ cups Water Room temperature
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and stir until blended.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven in the oven to preheat.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
Place dough into the preheated Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
