- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 oz beer
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in the beer and stir until just combined.
Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan and pour the melted butter over the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
