  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour in the beer and stir until just combined.
  4. Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan and pour the melted butter over the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
