Dough Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Warm water 110°F
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 packet Active dry yeast 2 ¼ tsp
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 24 hours.
5. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and let them rest for 10 minutes.
7. Roll out each dough ball into a thin circle. Add your favorite toppings.
8. Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
