Mushroom Cheddar Batter Bread

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 unit Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
Fold in the cheddar cheese and chopped mushrooms.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
