Molasses Sweetbread Recipe
A delicious and moist sweetbread made with rich molasses and warm spices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, combine molasses, milk, and melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing.
