Molasses Oat Bran Bread

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, oat bran, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the buttermilk and molasses until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
