Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Molasses
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add molasses and buttermilk to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
