  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Molasses
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add molasses and buttermilk to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
