- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Mincemeat
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add the mincemeat, milk, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
