Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the mincemeat, milk, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
