  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin circle.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side or until brown spots appear.
