  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugar, milk, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
