Malaysian Flatbread Roti Canai Recipe
This is a traditional Malaysian flatbread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Ghee or melted butter
- 0.75 cup Water
- 0.25 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Add ghee or melted butter and mix well.
3. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
4. Divide the dough into small balls and coat with oil. Let rest for at least 2 hours.
5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread until golden brown on both sides.
