Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Dried Fruits (raisins, apricots, etc.)
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
