Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Flatten each piece.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
