Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs large
- 2 tablespoon Lemon zest freshly grated
- 0.25 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
