- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
5. Roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each bread for about 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden.
