  • 2 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. 2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  7. 7. Place rolls on a baking sheet, brush with water, and sprinkle with caraway seeds and coarse salt.
  8. 8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
