Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Zaatar spice
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and zaatar spice.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and water.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape into buns. Place them on the prepared baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Let the buns cool on a wire rack before serving.
