Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and psyllium husk powder.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  4. Place each ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a thin tortilla using a rolling pin.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
