- 1 lb Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 loaf Bread dough store-bought or homemade
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
Spread the cooked and crumbled Italian sausage evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sausage.
Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the long sides, and pinch the seams to seal.
Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
