  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-4 portions. Roll out each portion to your desired thickness.
  7. 7. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
