- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary optional
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into pieces. Sprinkle with rosemary if desired.
