  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. 3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit your baking sheet.
  6. 6. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  8. 8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
