Ingredients 

Bread Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cups Warm water

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Divide dough into 6 portions. Shape each into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
