Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Place the dough in the Instant Pot and cover with a lid. Set to 'Yogurt' mode for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. After 30 minutes, remove the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it back in the Instant Pot and set to 'Bake' mode for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
